How to Redeem an Activation Code in the Recolx App

If you have received a Recolx membership or transcription activation code, you can redeem it directly in the Recolx App.

How to Redeem Your Activation Code

  1. Open the Recolx App and tap Account Center in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Find and tap Redeem Activation Code.
  3. Enter or paste your activation code into the field, then tap Redeem.

Once successfully redeemed, the corresponding membership or transcription minutes will be added to your Recolx account.

Activation Code Types

  • Membership Activation Code: Activates the corresponding Recolx membership plan and its membership benefits.
  • Transcription Quota Code: Adds additional transcription minutes to your account and does not change your membership plan.

Important Notes

  • Activation codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please redeem your code before it expires.
  • If you already have an active Pro Membership and redeem an Unlimited Membership activation code, the Unlimited Membership will take effect immediately.
  • Your remaining Pro Membership time will be preserved and will resume after the Unlimited Membership period ends.
  • If your current subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, upgrading or changing your subscription may also be subject to the platform's subscription rules. The previous subscription plan may be replaced and will no longer renew.
  • Unused activation codes can be redeemed separately. When multiple eligible codes are redeemed, the corresponding membership period or benefits will be added according to the applicable activation rules.
  • Please make sure your Recolx App is updated to the latest version before redeeming an activation code.
  • Activation codes are non-refundable once redeemed.

Having Trouble Redeeming a Code?

If your activation code cannot be redeemed, please check:

  • The code was entered correctly, with no extra spaces.
  • The code has not already been redeemed.
  • The code is still within its validity period.
  • You are using the latest version of the Recolx App.

If the issue continues, please contact Recolx Support and include your activation code and a screenshot of the error message.
