You may access other applications while synchronization is in progress; however, please ensure that the Recolx application remains active in the background.

Synchronization may be paused or delayed when the device is locked, particularly on iOS devices, due to system-imposed restrictions on background processes.

To minimize interruptions, please enable Background App Refresh on iOS or lock the application in the background on Android devices.

• Enable Background App Refresh

Navigate to Settings → General → Background App Refresh, and activate it for Recolx.

• Add Recolx to Always Allowed in Screen Time

Go to Settings → Screen Time → Always Allowed, then add Recolx to the list.

• Optional: Utilize Guided Access

Access Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, and enable the feature.

Within the Recolx application, triple-press the side button to lock the screen.
