Prior to initiating a recording, please verify that your RECOLX recording device is powered on. Once the device is activated, proceed with the following steps to begin recording:  

Starting a Recording: 

Press and hold the function button for 0.5 seconds to commence recording. 

You will experience two brief vibrations, and the red indicator light will remain illuminated, signifying that recording has begun. 

Quick Start Recording – One-Button Power On and Record:

Tap the purple microphone button located at the bottom of the home screen to initiate recording. Please ensure that the device remains connected to the App throughout the operation. 

Note: Icons and features in the supporting app may be updated or optimized. The actual interface prevails over any reference content.
 

Important：
Please note that the device must first be connected and successfully bound to your account before you can start recording. This step is required because recordings made by the hardware are encrypted with a unique key associated with the user account.

If a recording is made before the device is connected or bound, the file will not belong to that user account. This is because the encryption key used for that recording will be different, and the system will not be able to recognize or access the file under your account.

For this reason, we recommend completing the device binding in the app before making the first recording with the device.
