Recording Sync Stuck on Parsing (Recording Syncing... Parsing):

Please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to Account Center → About Us → Clear Cache.

2. Once the cache has been cleared,

3. Restart the application.

4. Reconnect your device and attempt the operation again.
