If your device fails to connect to the application after powering on, please verify the following:
Device Power and Settings:
- Ensure the device is fully charged and powered on.
- Confirm that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location services are enabled on your smartphone.
- Verify that the application has the necessary permissions to access Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and location services.
- Device Not Detected on Connection Page:
Restart both your device and the application. Exit the application's search page, then attempt to search for and pair the device again.
- Refresh the Search Status:
Within the application's pairing interface, double-tap the refresh icon located at the top-right corner to update the search status.
