1. App Download & Account Registration
The RECOLX App is your central hub for device binding, OTA updates, AI transcription, translations, and file management.
-
How to Download: * Search for "RECOLX" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Alternatively, scan the official QR code located on the product packaging.
-
Registration & Login:
Open the app or visit the official web portal at https://recolx.ai.
Go to the login page and select [Login/Sign Up].
You can register a new account via Email, or utilize quick third-party authentication via Google Account or Apple ID.
Troubleshooting: If the earbuds fail to sync or connect with the app, please uninstall and download the latest version from your mobile app store.
2. Hardware Operation & Device Binding
2.1 Power On, Manual Pairing, and Bluetooth Connection
Keep the earbuds and your smartphone within a 1-meter radius during the initial pairing process.
Automatic Power On: Open the charging case and remove the earbuds; they will turn on automatically.
Earbud-to-Earbud Pairing: Long-press the touch multi-function button (MFB) on both earbuds simultaneously for approximately 3 seconds until the red and blue indicator lights flash at the same time. Once the left and right earbuds successfully pair with each other, the main earbud will flash red and blue alternately to signify that it has entered phone pairing mode.
Phone Bluetooth Connection: Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone, locate the available device list, and select "JYDH-102" (or the corresponding actual product name) to connect.
Connection Successful: Once connected, the earbud LED indicators will turn off. You are now ready to make phone calls, listen to music, or stream audio.
Auto-Reconnect & Reset: > * Automatic Reconnection: Every time you open the charging case, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device, provided your pairing history has not been cleared.
Power Off: Placing the earbuds back into the charging case and closing the lid turns them off. They will also automatically power down after 5 minutes of no active Bluetooth connection.
2.2 App Device Pairing and Binding
Complete the phone-level Bluetooth pairing outlined in section 2.1 first.
Launch the RECOLX App and log in.
Tap the [My Device] / [Connect] icon in the upper-left corner of the homepage to enter device management.
The app will scan for available nearby hardware. Click your device to bind. Once successfully bound, the app will display "Device Connected" along with real-time battery status.
Daily Use: For future sessions, simply open the app while wearing your connected earbuds, and they will sync automatically.
2.3 Device Unbinding
Unbinding dissociates the hardware from your current RECOLX account, allowing it to be paired with another account.
⚠️ Important Note: Membership benefits and service quotas (such as Pro minutes) are tied directly to the user account. Unbinding the hardware will not transfer, refund, or alter any previously claimed account perks.
2.4 LED Indicator Status Matrix
| Device Status | LED Indicator Behavior |
|---|---|
| Pairing Mode | Red and blue lights flash alternately |
| Earbud-to-Earbud Pairing | Blue light flashes slowly |
| Connection Successful | All indicator lights turn off |
3. Storage, File Synchronization & Management
3.1 Audio Storage Mechanism
Local Storage Priority: By default, your recording files are securely saved directly in the local storage of your smartphone. You can access, play, or delete them offline at any time.
Cloud Processing: When using cloud-based transcription or AI analysis, audio data is temporarily transmitted to our secure cloud servers. To protect your privacy, this data is not stored permanently on the servers (unless Cloud Sync is explicitly turned on) and will be completely wiped within a reasonable timeframe.
Cloud Sync (Optional): To back up files across multiple devices, go to [Profile] $\rightarrow$ [RECOLX Cloud]. Here you can toggle Private Cloud Sync on/off or permanently wipe all backed-up data. Warning: Cloud deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
3.2 Managing Local Media
Use the app's file list to view, import, transcribe, move, or export your recordings. When your smartphone or device storage runs low, you can manage and permanently delete local audio files via the mobile app or the web portal.
4. AI Recording & Intelligent Transcription
The device supports both One-Click Hardware Recording and App-Connected Recording. Once recording is finished, the file is saved to the app list for transcription.
4.1 Real-Time Recording & Transcription
Via Mobile App: Connect your earbuds, open the app, and tap the central main button at the bottom. Select [Record & Transcribe] to enter the live transcription interface. Audio data will stream seamlessly to your phone for processing.
-
Via Web Portal: Visit the official website (https://recolx.ai) to access your account dashboard.
📌 Note: The web portal does not support direct live audio recording. It is optimized exclusively for transcribing uploaded media, generating summaries, and managing, moving, or exporting files.
Configurable Real-Time Settings:
Language Selection: Tap the language option at the top of the interface. We support voice recognition for 146 languages and regional dialects.
Live Transcription: Tap [Live Transcribe] on the bottom left to view text generating in real-time as you speak.
AI Agent Analysis: Tap [Agent Analysis] on the bottom right to select a conversation-tracking Agent. The Agent will analyze the live dialogue to assist with decision-making and context mapping.
Font Adjustments: Tap [Settings] in the upper-right corner to customize text size.
4.2 File Transcription
Choose a file source: Sync an existing hardware recording, complete a live session to auto-save, or tap [Import File] to upload compatible audio/video files from your phone's native file manager.
Select the file from your app list and tap [Transcribe].
-
Transcription Settings: Set the spoken language, turn on speaker diarization, or activate simultaneous summarization.
Speaker Diarization: Check [Diarization] to let the system automatically detect, separate, and label different speakers.
Simultaneous Summary: Check [Simultaneous Summary] to generate an AI summary concurrently with your text transcript. (Note: This feature is exclusive to PRO members to guarantee maximum accuracy).
4.3 Quota Deduction & Billing Rules
Free vs. Paid: Real-time recording is completely free. However, speech-to-text processing, generating comprehensive text files, and advanced AI template/Agent analyses require a paid subscription or minute quotas.
Deduction Priority: The system will prioritize your 1,200 Pro Membership minutes first. Base device minutes are only consumed after your Pro minutes are fully exhausted. If your Pro minutes run out while your membership is still active, you will use device minutes but retain all premium Pro perks and access to advanced Crown👑 models.
Deduction Ratios: Standard features deduct quotas at a 1:1 ratio based on actual minutes processed. Call Translation involves dual-channel data handling and is billed at double minutes (2:1 ratio).
Re-translation: Translating a previously finalized transcript into another language does not consume any additional transcription minutes.
4.4 Tips for Maximum Accuracy
Always record in quiet environments to minimize ambient background noise.
Utilize custom AI templates to set specialized rules (e.g., automatically filtering out filler words or using contextual prompts to fix homophones).
5. AI Summarization & Live Analysis
5.1 Post-Recording Summarization & Mind-Mapping
AI Meeting Minutes: After a recording ends, tap [Transcribe] $\rightarrow$ [Simultaneous Summary] to instantly compile a structured summary complete with an executive overview, key talking points, and action items. Our system supports 7 premium models: O3-mini, GPT-OSS-120b, GPT-4o, GPT-5, GPT-5.2, Gemini-3-Pro, and Claude-Sonnet-4.5 (model availability depends on the chosen template).
Mind-Mapping: Navigate to the AI options on the transcript page to generate a hierarchical mind-map via semantic clustering. You can regenerate the map until satisfied, then save or share it.
AI Chat / Agent Dialogue: Use the [AI Chat] or [Agent Analysis] tab to ask specific questions about the text (e.g., "Generate a table summarizing the financial figures mentioned"). The more specific your prompt, the cleaner the AI output.
5.2 Real-Time Live Session Analysis
Live Session Assistant: During live meetings or interviews, RECOLX uses natural language processing algorithms to automatically capture core talking points from different timestamps and categorize them into a chronological timeline.
Speaking Guidance: When it is your turn to speak, the assistant can provide targeted suggestions based on the live meeting history to keep your contributions focused.
Action Items: The system flags deliverables in real-time, compiling an active to-do list during the session.
-
⚠️ Live Analysis Limitations: * Live session analysis does not support automatic speaker identification or custom templates; it relies strictly on pre-set system templates. Speaker names cannot be tagged in real-time.
No Standalone Mode: The hardware cannot record independently for live analysis; it must remain actively connected to the app.
6. AI Translation & Dialogue Modes
Ensure your earbuds are properly connected via Bluetooth and synchronized with the app before using translation features.
6.1 Translation Workflows
Go to Recolx $\rightarrow$ Translation $\rightarrow$ Simultaneous Interpretation (or Face-to-Face Translation) to access these features.
Simultaneous Interpretation: Real-time text translations will stream directly onto your screen. Select the target and source languages at the top, tap the Microphone icon to begin, tap Left to pause, and Right to exit.
Face-to-Face Translation (Auto Mode): Enabled by default for new users. Configure the language pair and begin speaking normally. The app automatically recognizes who is talking, translates the speech, and plays the audio translation.
Manual Translation Mode: Toggle the Auto Translation switch off. Tap the Left Button to speak into your earbuds (the translation plays aloud from your phone speaker). Tap the Right Button to have the other party speak into your phone (the translation streams directly into your earbuds).
Call Translation Mode: Open a third-party voice/video call and enable [Call Translation]. The app overlays a dual-line "Original Text + Translated Text" subtitle display on your screen with under 100ms latency, making it perfect for international business calls or language learning.
