In an open, interference-free environment, the effective wireless range of the earbuds is up to 10 meters for music playback and phone calls.
If you move beyond this range, the earbuds may stutter, lose audio, or disconnect. Once you return to the optimal range (within 10 meters) within a short period of time, the earbuds will automatically reconnect.
If auto reconnect fails, try the following steps:
- Turn Bluetooth off on your phone or tablet, then turn it back on and pair the earbuds again.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid, then reopen it.
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet and tap the device name in the paired devices list to reconnect.
