Please note that the device must first be connected and successfully bound to your account before you can start recording. This step is required because recordings made by the hardware are encrypted with a unique key associated with the user account.
If a recording is made before the device is connected or bound, the file will not belong to that user account. This is because the encryption key used for that recording will be different, and the system will not be able to recognize or access the file under your account.
For this reason, we recommend completing the device binding in the app before making the first recording with the device.
