Launch the RECOLX application, connect the device, 

Select the device, and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click “ Unbind ” to remove the device. 

Note: Enabling the “ Format ” button will erase all files on the device and perform a format. Please ensure that all important files have been backed up prior to proceeding. 

* The 3-month membership period begins upon device activation. Unbinding the device and creating a new account will not reset or extend the complimentary service period.
