If your device is running out of storage and you are unable to record new files, you can clear the space by formatting the device.

Follow these steps:

Open the app and ensure your device is connected.

Tap on your connected device to enter the Device Settings page.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page.

Tap on [Format].

Tap [Confirm] to complete the process.

Data Loss: Formatting will permanently erase all data stored on the device. Please ensure you have backed up any important files to your computer or cloud storage before proceeding.

Action: This action cannot be undone.
