After RECOLX APP installation, create your RECOLX account and log in.

There are three login options available: Google login, Apple login, and Email login.

Using the email login as an example:

• Step 1: Click on "No account yet? Create account" to initiate the account creation process.

• Step 2: Enter your email address (please ensure it is entered correctly), then select "Register Account" to receive a verification code. 

• Step 3: Enter the verification code. Once verified, please set your account password. The password must be between 8 and 24 characters in length and include at least three of the following character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. 

   

   

• After completing registration, you may log in to the application directly using your newly created account credentials. 

   

* First-time binding of a new device will grant you a complimentary 3-month AI Pro membership.

About the complimentary membership duration upon device activation:

• Each new device has only one opportunity for initial activation to claim the membership. Once the device is first bound, the 3-month membership benefits will be automatically credited to the bound account.
• After activating a basic membership, each account enjoys 300 minutes of free transcription time per month (the number of devices bound does not affect this limit).
• For an optimal experience, please consider purchasing a subscription after the trial membership ends.
• The 3-month membership will start since the device was activated. Unbind the device and create a new account will not refresh the free services.
