This guide will walk you through the steps to unbind a Recolx device from your account.

Step 1: Go to the Devices Page
- Open the Recolx app and log in to your account.
- On the bottom navigation bar, tap the Person (Profile) icon to access your account page.
- On the profile page, tap the Devices option (labeled "Not Connected" in the example).
Step 2: Select the Device to Unbind
You will see a list of all devices linked to your account:
- Locate the device you want to unbind (e.g.,
Recolx-AI-Note-ProorRecolx-AI-Note). - Confirm the device’s serial number (SN) to ensure you select the correct one.
Step 3: Unbind the Device
- Under the device card, click the Unbind button (highlighted in red).
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your action to complete the unbinding process.
⚠️ Note: After unbinding, the device will no longer be associated with your account. You will need to re-bind it to use it again.
Step 4: Verify the Unbind
- The device will be removed from your device list, and the status will update to reflect it is no longer linked to your account.
- You can now bind a new device or re-bind the same one later if needed.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues unbinding a device:
- Ensure you are logged into the correct Recolx account.
- Check that the device is not currently connected (disconnect first if needed).
- If the "Unbind" button is unresponsive, force-close and restart the app, then try again.
- For further assistance, contact Recolx support via the app’s help center.
Note: Enabling the “ Format ” button will erase all files on the device and perform a format. Please ensure that all important files have been backed up prior to proceeding.
* Unbinding the device will also unbind the remaining transcription duration tied to this device from your account. Re-binding the device will extend the original complimentary service period.
